The Makerere University Implementation Science (ImS) Program, College of Health Sciences (CHS) shall discuss an article titled "Perceived barriers and opportunities for implementing an integrated psychological intervention for depression in adolescents living with HIV in Tanzania".

With experience in the local government healthcare system and a teaching role at Unicaf University, Dr. Balidawa currently serves as the Human Resources for Health Advisor for the USAID-Uganda Health Activity, based in Gulu City, Uganda. His research interests center on implementation science, with a particular focus on advancing mental health into HIV care.
