The recent electoral victory by renown Ugandan music artiste, Robert Kyagulanyi Sentamu a.k.a "Bobi Wine" in the Kyadondo East by-election has stirred alot of contemplation concerning its significance in the wider political context.

The Makerere Institute of Social Research (MISR) invites you to a panel discussion on this electoral victory;
