THEME:        Enhancing Partnerships for Sustainable Livelihoods and Health in Africa

The Regional Universities Mediated Partnerships for Enhancing Livelihoods and Health in Africa (RUMPELHA) network will host an international conference on sustainable livelihoods and health in Africa. The RUMPELHA network is a consortium of academia, industry, community, public and private sectors advancing sustainable health and livelihoods in Africa. The purpose of this conference is to demonstrate impact of local, regional and international partnerships on community livelihoods and health. The specific objectives are:

  1. To showcase achievements and innovations from academia, industry, community and public sector,
  2. To disseminate research findings,
  3. To provide mentorship opportunities, and
  4. To broaden and strengthen training, research and community outreach networks.
