The Makerere University College of Health Sciences (MakCHS) is marking one hundred years, 1924-2024! A full century since its establishment as a centre of excellence for training health professionals who have shaped the face of medicine and public health across Uganda, Africa, and the world.
Join the celebrations by supporting the activities organised, the MakCHS Centennial Run is scheduled to take place on Sunday 26th October 2026 starting at 6.00am at MakCHS, Mulago Hill. Proceeds from the run will go towards expansion and refurbishment of the Davies Lecture Theatre.
Other activities on the day will include blood donation drive, aerobics, pledge moment, and lots of entertainment. Meet friends, classmates, colleagues and many more.
