Reference is made to the General Notice No. 1691 of 2024 from the National Physical Planning Board, published in the Uganda Gazette on 26th July 2024, which informed Ugandans of the completion of the draft Greater Kampala Metropolitan Area Integrated Physical Development Master Plan (GKMA-IPDMP) and requested for reviews and comments from the public as provided for in Section 20(1)-(2) of the Physical Planning Act, 2010.
Spaxzyte Limited, an entity birthed in the UNDP's Youth Ideathon Programme of 2022-2023 has organized a Joint Review of the Draft Master Plan for the purpose of preparation of a Response Paper to be submitted to the National Physical Planning Board appending all the signatures of the participants.
The Review shall be held at CEDAT Conference Hall, Makerere University on Wednesday 28th August 2024 from 2:00pm to 5:00pm.

• Arrival (1:30pm)
• Opening and Introductions (2:00pm)
• Master Plan Presentations (2:15pm)
• Open Review and Discussion (3:30pm)
• Consolidation of Key Outcomes (4:30pm)
• Closure and Departure (5:00pm)
• Extension for further detailed discussions (5:00pm till late)
