Theme: AI, NCDs & Women’s Health: From Global Conversations to Local Action
The satellite event will bring together researchers, academics, students, health professionals, policymakers, and other stakeholders to explore how artificial intelligence, non-communicable diseases (NCDs), and women’s health can be addressed through locally relevant solutions.

Format: In-person participation, with selected WHS 2026 sessions available through livestreaming
The programme will feature sessions on:
- Empowering the Health Workforce through AI
- Joining Forces to Control NCDs
- Breaking Barriers to Advance Women’s Care in NCDs
The event provides an opportunity to connect the global conversations of the World Health Summit in Berlin with local priorities, experiences, and action in Uganda.
