Managing research grants within an academic setting in low-and-middle-income countries can be both challenging and potentially a rewarding approach to enhance the localization of development work and impact. Join us on June 29, 2023, 3:30 pm – 5:00 pm Eastern Africa Time (EAT) for a Webinar on:

“Managing a Research Grant Within a Higher Education Institution Setting in Sub Saharan Africa”

The discussions will be led by Makerere University School of Public Health - ResilientAfrica Network (RAN) and will highlight key practices and processes in research project management, financial management, research project sustainability and project closeout. Whether at the beginning (pre-award) or  implementation (post-award) phase, the Webinar will showcase how research scientists and grant administrators can successfully deliver a research project within an academic environment.
